Our founders came from MIT research labs and Fortune 500 tech companies, where they saw firsthand how cutting-edge R&D could transform entire industries. But they also noticed a gap: small and mid-sized businesses rarely had access to that same caliber of innovation.

An MIT computer-engineering alumnus and former ESRI product engineer, Rafael leads the research and product side of every engagement. He founded Stable Solutions to put the same caliber of R&D that powers big tech within reach of the mid-market.
A digital-growth strategist behind content engines generating 4.5M+ monthly views, Malik leads operations and growth. He makes sure the research the team produces becomes measurable market traction — reach, demand, and revenue that compounds.

COO and co-founder of Dream Factory, the analytics-driven B2B marketing and advertising agency he launched in Orlando in 1999. Jim brings 25+ years of advertising and go-to-market experience — for brands like Siemens, Philips, and Wells Fargo — to the team.
