What We Do

Custom software, engineered to your spec

We build custom apps, web applications, and websites for businesses whose operations don’t fit a generic template. Customer portals, internal tools, native mobile apps, SaaS platforms, public sites: engineered to your spec and integrated with the systems you already run. We design before we code, validate every step with you, and ship in weekly increments. Your code lives in your repository from day one, and we stay on after launch to keep it evolving with the business.

The RDV+ Framework

How we run an App & Web Development engagement

Every engagement at Stable Solutions follows the RDV+ framework. For custom development, that means eight steps grouped across four phases.

R Research & Design

01

Understand the problem and audit what exists

We start with what success looks like and what changed in the business that made this project the right one to greenlight now. Then we map your current systems, data, and integrations so the new build doesn’t fight the stack you already run on.

02

Design the solution and validate it with you

Wireframes first, then high-fidelity designs, then clickable prototypes. You approve each step before any code gets written. Design changes are cheap, code changes are expensive, and the worst time to discover a design problem is after a developer has built around it.

D Development

03

Build in weekly increments against the validated designs

We build in weekly sprints against the approved designs. Code lives in your repository from day one. You see working software every Friday, not a slide deck on a status call.

04

Demo and refine with you each week

Every Friday demo is also a decision point. Scope changes get caught in the review cycle while they’re cheap to make, not after launch when they aren’t. The point is for the build to land where you needed it, not where we guessed in week one.

V Validation

05

Internal validation across functionality, performance, security, and accessibility

Functional QA, performance testing under realistic load, a security audit, and a WCAG 2.2 accessibility review. The build has to work the same way every time at scale, not just on a demo day.

06

Real-user testing under production conditions

Internal QA catches the easy bugs. Real users catch the ones that matter. We test against a small group of your actual customers or operators before the full launch, and we fix what surfaces before anyone else sees it.

+ Ongoing Support

07

Monitor and maintain the build after launch

Bug fixes, security patches, dependency updates, and performance monitoring, all handled by a dedicated engineer who knows your codebase. Most dev shops disappear at handoff. We stay, because the alternative is watching the asset you paid for slowly become a liability.

08

Evolve the product as your business changes

The build at launch is never the build a year later. Frameworks update, customers ask for changes, your business changes around the product. Each month includes a set number of feature-development hours so the product keeps moving forward, not just running in place.

Ongoing engagements include:

  • Bug fixes, security patches, and dependency updates
  • A set number of feature-development hours at agreed scope
  • Performance and uptime monitoring with monthly reporting
  • A dedicated engineer who knows your codebase, not a ticket queue

Our SLA commitment

Critical-issue response within one business day, where critical means production-down or actively losing data. If we miss that window, the next month of support is on us.

Engagement model

3-month minimum contract. No annual lock-in. Renew, scale, or end the engagement after each cycle. Tier monthly hours up or down to match what your product actually needs.

Capabilities

Capabilities

What we build

Custom Web Applications

Stack-agnostic builds chosen to fit the project, not the agency’s preferences. React, Next.js, Node, Python, Go, whatever the work actually calls for. Performance-tuned, API-driven, and built to scale past launch volume.

Native & Cross-Platform Mobile Apps

iOS and Android, native or React Native, with secure payment processing, real-time features, push notifications, and offline-first patterns where they make sense. From MVP to enterprise-grade.

Customer Portals & Authentication

Self-service portals with role-based access, SSO, multi-tenant architecture, and the user management layer that lets your team operate without involving engineering for every account change.

Internal Tools & Operational Dashboards

The dashboard, the ops console, the admin panel, the workflow tool your team has been running on spreadsheets and email. Built around your actual operation, integrated with what you already use.

APIs & Third-Party Integration

REST and GraphQL APIs, third-party service integrations, webhook architectures, and the middleware that connects your stack together. Documented so your team can use it, monitored so you know when something breaks.

Performance, Security & Accessibility Engineering

Performance optimization, SEO and AEO engineering, security hardening, and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility built into the development process from day one, not added at the end as a compliance check.

White-Label Development

Apps and platforms built under your brand, your domain, your accounts. We engineer the product, you ship it. From agencies reselling custom builds to operators productizing their service offering, white-label engagements get the same RDV+ rigor with delivery wrapped under your IP and our team behind the scenes.

Potential Pain Points

Potential Pain Points

Problems you may be facing

A high-leverage idea with no path to ship it

You have a clear vision for a custom tool, portal, or app that would change how your business runs. The problem is finding a team that can actually build it without dragging the timeline or watering down the spec.

Your site doesn’t convert

Visitors land, scroll, and leave. You can’t tell if it’s the design, the speed, the copy, or the form, and your current setup doesn’t let you test or fix it.

A problem too specific for any standard tool

Your operation has requirements no off-the-shelf platform can configure to handle. You’ve watched the demos, evaluated the options, and walked away each time knowing the gap was too wide to close with settings and integrations.
